I think I got the best birthday gift this year....

My new House!! Too bad I didn't take a picture of the front of it for you to see.I got everything else for your to see! Here goes. In very random order. The backyard from my backdoor. We love the yard, Jason has so many plans for it already.

We are closing on our house this Friday and the movers arrive Friday!! I have big plans on having my entire house put together by Sunday, I will be happy if it's done later though. I could not be more excited about this house. I will be living 3 doors down from Jason's sister Jamie. I will post more pictures of the house once we are all unpacked and I feel sane again. So that means it may never happen!

If you didn't catch it, today is my birthday. Big 25. wow.

This lucky boy had 2 birthday parties! We had one at the Hemsley house and one at the Christian house. He wasted no time when it came to the cake. He picked it up like a candy bar and went to town!

Not really sure why everyone in the room started singing. Joseph LOVES trucks. So it was only fitting to have them on the cake.

So it's obvious I do not take enough pictures of my dear husband because when I went to find some of him there really aren't any recent ones. I really meant to take pictures on his birthday but I didn't take any pictures the entire trip. Jason turned the big 30 this year. What did we do on his birthday? We looked at houses all day long! That night we met up with Jamie his twin sister for dinner with a few friends and family. It was perfect... once we got Joseph to go to sleep. There is a reason we normally don't go out past 7 pm.

Jason loves the color blue. Looks good on him right?

Jason is a great daddy to little Joseph. Every night when he comes home he will play with Joseph. Normally it is Joseph crawling after dad and some being tossed up in the air. You cannot call it a night without a game of peek-a-boo!

Seriously they look like studs in this picture! I swear they are making the same face.

I think Jason had a great birthday and I will do another post of the entire trip another time.

So this is an old picture of Jason and his twin sister Jamie, but it's the only picture I have of the both of them. Today is their 29th birthday!!!! I couldn't post a birthday wish to my wonderful husband and leave out my wonderful sister in law!!!

Why is this day so great?

First because this lady was born. She played in the movie Greace. What woman doesn't love that movie?

Second, this man was born. He created his own talk show where we could sit in our homes and watch white trash any time we wanted to. You all know you have seen at least one show.

Third and the best of all, Stacy was born!!!! She has grow up to be someone I was scared to talk to, from that she became the head honcho on our singles ward basketball team, to my sister in law to one of my best friends!!! I love you and hope you have a GREAT birthday.

You say it's your Birthday.....

Well it has finally come and gone once more. One year older and wiser too, well I will claim that I am wiser. In the pictures you can see my birthday dinner and Jones' favorite part was that corn on the cob. Now that a whole year has flown by so quickly I will take a moment to recount to you, all that I have learned this year.
1. No matter how old I turn I will still look 14yrs old to people.
2. When you move away from your family you really do miss them like crazy.
3. The love I thought I had for my husband when I married him was not at all like the love I have for him now.
4. I should really live up all the sleep I get now before I have children. so i have started taking 5 naps a day.
5. As my stake president said. "true love is sucking it up and saying you are sorry first."
6. Megan Rogers really hates list like these and I had to add one before the year was up. Just so I could get a good laugh.
7.Women go through a lot after they bring their sweet baby home.
8. If I will just open my mouth, it is not so hard to talk about my beliefs.
9. My sister really is a hippie! Jk
10.I must not have learned very much because I cannot think of anything else!!
