When Rae and Lacy came over,

I was making some blond brownies for my friends birthday. (which btw were amazing!) I decided to let my niece Lacy help me make them. She didn't seem to be enjoying herself that much so I let her leave after a few short minutes. I had to leave the room to help Rae with something and when we returned to the kitchen this is what we saw!
She obviously was having fun and had to mix some more when I left the room, so she crawled on up and went to town.
Later we walked to Target, my favorite store ever. As we were walking I found the crayola section. I told Rachel I cannot wait until my children are older so I can play with all the fun crayola things out there. Then I saw window markers and decided I couldn't wait any longer.

They are so much fun! I leave messages to Jason on the bathroom mirrors, and make my own garden for my window. If you are bored and want to have a little childish fun go buy them!

Sweet.

Joseph's new wheels.

I have to thank Freecycle.org once again. I got this stroller for FREE!! I have a stroller but I really needed one to put his car seat in, and mine wouldn't hold it. I was told by sooo many people I wouldn't need or like a stroller this huge. I LOVE it. I wish I would have gotten one from the start. You live and learn everyone has their own opinion and that's okay.

whoa mom this is a sweeeeeet ride!!
I bought some plain shirts so I could decorate them on my own. It was WAY harder than I gave it credit to be. I only finished two. Maybe I will do more...maybe I won't. hahaha Don't look too close at my little owl, you will find flaws. The buttons were easy and I like the way it turned out.

Update~

It seems I left some things out. Yes Rachel the car seat fits inside PERFECTLY! Now to my other dear Rachel, If you go to Freecycle.org you can sign up for free to your community and the site works like Craig's List only everything is FREE. They are helping people get rid of there old stuff and helping people like me who would use it. I get great baby stuff from it. You should definitely check into it.

NOW AMY.....If you ever lump me into the sucker, sucker, sucker group again you will pay!!! I love you and now you see it's more like trading than a handout. :)

I have been pretty busy....sorry. Here is aquick update for you. I bought Jessica Seinfelds cook book She was sick of forcing her children to eat their veggies and started to puree them and add them to her meals. I have never been very good when it came to veggies myself. When I was little I remember being the last at the table because I had not finished my ever so healthy vegetables. I had a great sister who would always come to my rescue and eat them for me under the table. Thanks Rae!!! hahaha. I didn't buy this to help my children eat more vegetables but to help myself!! I'll let you know how it goes.

I meant to post this during Halloween, my mom sent Joseph this cute little vampire doll. We shall call him Edward...... anyways I made them twins on Halloween.

Joseph and the coat of many colors. Lets just hope his siblings treat him better.

This is the highlight of my week. I bought this at Sam's Club for get this....$13.70 !!!! Less than $14.00!!!!!!! Joseph LOVES it! The first time I put him in it he couldn't help but scream for joy. It was sooo dang cute.

my life saver.

Ever since Joseph was born I have followed the Back to Sleep campaign.

The Back to Sleep campaign is suitably named for its recommendation to place healthy babies on their backs to sleep. Placing babies on their backs to sleep reduces the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), also known as "crib death."
http://www.nichd.nih.gov/sids/

The one and only problem I am having with this is Joseph's head has become flat in the back. Jason and I have been noticing it more and more lately but we didn't want to put him on his stomach. I was searching the Internet and found my solution. Boppy makes this pillow that you can use. It has a hole for his head to fit in and it helps promote the roundness I was looking for. After a week we can tell a dramatic difference. So I had to post this for anyone who's following the Back to Sleep campaign and their baby is suffering from it as ours was. There is hope for you!!

The best thing since sliced bread....

Nope, even better!!

Jason has been wanting us to make our own bread. I knew I was way to busy to do it now that Joseph is here so, we got a bread machine and made our first loaf. I meant to take pictures of the whole loaf but it was to tasty and I couldn't pull myself away. We plan on making our own from now on. Yummy!!

Rocking my world

Jason and I have had sooo much trouble trying to get this chair. We had a 15% off coupon that we wanted to use on the chair and the first time we went to buy it they were sold out. Our coupon was going to expire and we worked out a deal to be able to use it whenever the chairs were back in stock. They promised to call us and they never did!! A month later Jason and I went to Babies R' Us to see what the hold up was. They told us that they had called 2 weeks after we first came in. I told them they never did and if they did they didn't leave a message so how was I to know? Well they were out of stock again and we would have to wait until the warehouse got some more. So they promised to call us once more.
Finally they called us and when we got to the store that night there was a sign that stated all gliders were 20% off that night. So we told them about our coupon and couldn't believe it when they told us they would combine the two coupons!! We got our chair 35% off!! It was totally worth all that waiting and getting upset. Yesterday they called to tell us the chair had arrived at the store and now the beauty is in my den.
It's a great chair. It reclines and rocks and can even lock in place. I LOVE it!!

Here I am again ready to brag about another website. Our neighbours taught us about this website when we first moved here and Jason and I just love it.
It's called Freecycle. Click on this link --->http://www.freecycle.org/
It's just like Craig's List but everything posted is free stuff. Yes some stuff you really don't need but there is some really good stuff too. Like maternity clothes, craft stuff, books, baby clothes and items. When you go to the website you will register (it's free) and see if there is a group in your local area. I am in the group for my county only so if there is something I want I don't have to travel far at all.

I finally got something worth wild the other day. Jason loves to play golf but we have not been able to buy clubs yet because they are pricey. He normally will use his friends clubs whenever he plays. I got a full set of clubs for him on Saturday. They are older and some are better than others but Jason says they are all usable and he cannot wait to play now. These will work just fine until we can buy him his very own. I am soooo excited that I got the clubs. You cannot guarantee you will receive the item you want because the person giving them away will pick who they want to give each item to. I felt lucky she picked me!

I have heard of a inch worm but not inch bug.

I found a great buy for all you moms out there. If you want to know which bottle or sippy cup belongs to you and which ones don't belong in your child's mouth you should get these great labels. They are a one time buy because they work on bottles and when your little one moves up you can just move the label to the new cup with no hassle. You can go to InchBug.com to find these great labels and more. (Also found in my fun sites) Here is what the website says about it.
This innovative product is non-adhesive, reusable and personalized to meet your needs. These dishwasher and microwave safe orbit labels are awesome! The orbit labels are sure to make any parent's life simpler!

Cute!

I was given a ton of great maternity clothes from my sisters and my sister in law. Because they all helped me out so much I have not had the need to buy any for myself yet. Tonight I found the cutest skirt. I had been checking it out on the Internet for weeks and found it on sale in the mall tonight. I love sales!! I will be wearing this lovely piece to church tomorrow. If I remember I will take a preggo picture of me in it tomorrow. Good night all.
