There is almost no reason at all for me to tell you what went down during the labor because it must have felt like you were there with all these great updates!! Thanks to my sisters for keeping it updated for me the whole time. I must also give a big shout out to my mom for helping me and Jason out so much over the past week. I have such a awesome family who takes such great care of me.
I got to come home a day early, and things have been going really well since we have been home. Jason and I had a hard time with Joseph the last night in the hospital. He was up all and night and we couldn't get him to sleep at all. Really when I say no sleep I am talking not even one hour. We were afraid he wouldn't sleep during the night for us once we got home. However coming home has been perfect. He went back to sleep with almost no effort on my part after each feeding last night so I was really happy about that.
I do have to go and see my doctor tomorrow because when the nurse was removing my staples she realized that the incision was not closed. My doctor had already left the hospital and so they called her and she told them to close it with something like band aids and that I would need to see her on Monday. I guess it is going to be okay since she thought I could wait till then. I am DREADING going down and up the stairs at my complex in the morning. (I live on the 4Th floor with no elevator.) I am going to try and see Joseph's doctor since I will be out already, so I hope they can fit me in. Other than the open wound, I am sore and loving life!!
