i am thankful for.........in no order at all............
-being outside and listening to nature
-old friends who make me smile even when i haven't seen them in years.
-our king size bed. (we end up with both boys crawling in at night)
-dresses that make me feel like a lady
-sisters who understand you and love you still
-lizzzzz lemon!!
-the new lady at my church who told me a few things i can do with daniel to help his tongue and he said the La sound the very next day after she told me what to do to help him.
-rachel and jamie who came to the rescue this morning
-jason's grandmother bessie penn and her unbelievable since of style in art
-my children and husband
-mitt romney
-this amazing country and the freedom we now enjoy
-belly laughs that make me never want to stop
-american sign language and the book i am using to learn it
-frozen corn i am using to ice my twisted ankle
-music that makes me want to get up and dance and not worry about what i look like
-forgiveness i can give to others and that others can give to me
-the knowledge i have have since my childhood of who i am, where i came from and where i am going. i am amazed at what the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints has to offer for me and you and every living soul on the earth. i encourage every person to look into it...and see for yourself what it has to offer.
What book are you using for ASL? I may just have to get it too!
ReplyDeleteits one i am using from andrea. i have also heard about a lds woman who has a deaf son, she gives lessons and i am trying to find out when and if they are free. once i know i will let you know too!!
